Vent Covers From Paul Champagne

Has anyone used the vent covers that Paul makes to cover leather shrinkage around the dash vents? If so, I am considering and would be interested in seeing what they look like installed in the vehicle. Also, can you pop the vents without removing the dash?

No, I haven't, and I am not sure how the vents come out

Just found out from Paul. You use the vents in place and glue the leather surround to it.

An interesting solution - I too would like to see a pic of them installed.

correction...Paul provides 3m double stick tape that you peel and stick. No glue.

That is cool! For a dash not to far gone or ONLY gone around the damn vents (most of the early leather dashes I would say by now) this is a GREAT solution!

FYI.....Here is what Ken had to say..."The chipset you have will work with stock cats or an X-pipe with the stock mid-exhaust and rear muffler or RMB.
If you go with a big custom rear exhaust too, EG dual 2.5" all the way back,
I recommend getting the WOTpot, so the WOT mixture can be adjusted
(richened) to suit."
