Joining the OC

I joined the OC last week through paypal. Haven't received an email confirmation or anything yet.

Curious if the application went through? :confused:

We do have an application from a George in Indiana that came in on the 23rd. Of course that was the day before Thanksgiving, so it is very likely that our membership chair has been "on holiday" Keep in mind we are just volunteers

I am sure you will hear from James shortly.

One of the shortcomings in our system is that we don't know if an existing forum member becomes a club member, so we do need to be told (there is an advisement in the forum). Now that I can relate "you" to the membership application, I have upgraded your status to member. Thank you for your support!

I think I have it. Been SUPER BUSY and was busy all through the T-giving week as well. Was not able to get caught up on all my 928OC membership stuff.

Congrats! So will you be selling the 928 or just putting it towards trade on a new minivan?

No hurry, I just wasn't sure it went through as it didn't show up right away with paypal either.

The tech section of this forum is phenomenal...those types are write ups are exactly what I was looking for.

Thank you, very good to hear it is working out, as I hoped. Of course the members providing the write-ups are essential to the success. The long term goal is to have as much as possible in a single location.

Right now I just have the

which I bought for her last year even though she has to get a new licence and has'nt driven in 8 years.

I am a hot rodder by heart.
I use to 1/4 mile my 75 cutlass as well as drive it on the street (650hp custom build 455block 472 steel crank, ported, &much more 11.2 best time with latter bars and street tires) full interior. with AC [hard to get the power to the ground]

68 custom Nova chev II
back halved and tubbed 2 speed power glide, 350 target master/steel crank
crane 3/4 bumpstick (highway runner and DD to work)

had a mini van, a windstar, nice van and very economical. I bought it for the 3rd wife.
Deb is #4 and hopefully the last one.
