I am sitting in the waiting room of the VW dealer waiting on the 10,000 mile service of our Tiguan to be done. So I am looking for parts and reading forum posts! Tomorrow we leave for a week at Myrtle Beach.

So I hope everyone's summer is winding down as nicely!

BTW - anyone planning to go to the Shark Frenzy at Dulles this Oct? I have not seen any finalized signup or plans yet.

I was hoping to go, but as I am still chasing the gremlins out of my GT it is 50/50 at this point (at best).

I just got home as I slipped out of work early.
Ye ha its friday!

My good news is that the correct 1 Bar Map sensor showed up from Electromotive.

928MS had sent the wrong one in my kit as they do mostly SC cars, so that is what I was sent.
Carl apologized and said to send it back and they would send a new one.
He also said I could re-calibrate it and use it,
but Electromotive said I would not get full range and it would not run right.
I paid for them to send me the correct one because I am tired of fixing new parts.

Maybe this weekend I will get it to run better, and if not there is always the bottle of Rum.

Good news on the Frenzy, I am sure I can go and I will have the new 75c thermostat and 75c thermo switch in by then. Should be fun!

The weekend before I am going to the PRS experience in MD (guitar fix)
and Sept 3rd I am going to the Indy car race in downtown Baltimore

A busier fall than summer almost. Not as hot. Yeah!
