What plans do you have for this summer's driving season. My wife and I are planning a trip to the east coast of Canada. We plan on visiting the maritimes highlighted by a spirited driveof the cabot trail. I understand this to be some of the most scenic 300 kms you can drive. We plan to do motels, bed and breakfasts, and camp along the way. Camping in a 928. It doesn't get better than that.:D

We park our sharks in the summer down here because it is to damn hot to do anything but lay around indoors out of the heat! LOL! We get the joy of driving ALL WINTER LONG though! I love it!

Oh come on James, There isn't anything nicer then cursing the strip after supper when the sun starts to set. Thats when all the hot Iron comes to life around here between 8 and 9 pm.

That is also the time you should be taking your woman out to a dinner theater so that she feels she gets as much of your attention as Roger, Mark and Paul dose :p

James ,I'll trade you to hot for to much ice snow and cold. Anything to get more driving time. May have to move south when I retire .

Dave, that is why we are really growing down here and the NE US and Canada are losing folks... Our hot summers are WAY easier to deal with than you guys freakishly cold and snowy winters!

Dad is already in Florida and bugging me to come down and leave him the car. Not going to happen as my freeloader brother in law is thereall winter. Would have to kill him if he drove the shark. Could be justifyable homicide as determined by a jury of my 928 piers.

N.C Mountains - That will be my first long trip if I get a few more things done by June. NC mountains are awesome for driving, and I know some besides the ones we will use since my parents are form there. Hope to meet the 928 Specialists people since I know Spruce Pine.

Not to mention that it takes about 6.5 to 7 hours to get there from my house in Va. Luckily I-81 is 70 mph most of the way now. So should be a nice cruise followed by twisty roads!

Awesome!

And all this time I have been thinking that the Mexicans were the ones invading us. Now I'm confused as heck! It's Canadians doing it too?!

Could be but we go back home when it gets to hot. You can see us in winter to as we are the only people walking around in shorts and a t-shirt in 60 degree weather not to mention the pasty white skin covered in sun block.:D

Dave, we have a summer home just below Portland Maine at the beach, and usually there most the summer. If you get down that far in Maine, let us know , great lobster and beautiful beach.

Michael,

If you are that close you REALLY ought to go to Sharks In The Mountain's...it is right around the corner too... 2 or 3 months away is all I think. One of the biggest 928 gatherings of the year!
