Looking for cams

What dose a set of cams cost for a M28/42 with 3R heads


Mine are

exhaust cams are
928 105 273 0 R (1-4)
and
928 105 274 0 R (5-
The intake cams are
928 105 271 0 R
928 105 272 0 R

Here are some pictures but because of glare its hard to see.










Are these GT cams by the numbers

BTW everyone, thank-you for your help, but I am still not sure if I should get new or if I should get bilit, or if I should get reground, or just buy used.
One of the RennList guys is offering the cams for $150

Thanks Malcolm, and because there is no marks on the lifters I have decided that I may even polish them with some crocus cloth and drive it.
