I started wearing seat belts @32 years ago, when my wife was expecting our first child. I thought I owed it to them, to decrease the probability of not being around

Not a big fan of airbags though:

Stan, I totally agree with you! If you are not going to wear a seat belt (which is against the law in most places these days I think) then you really should have a car w/ airbags... If you ARE going to wear your seat belt (and you SHOULD) then you probably don't need the airbags and in fact they could cause more damage to you and the car in the case of a wreck...

Get a REALLY strong car like a 928 and wear your seat belt and you will be safer than most other folks on the road!
