Off to work again tonight
Oh well I will make enough to get the car a new paint job at Joeys custom Paint.

tomorrow night I have off but then back to 12 nights and 2 off for the next 6 weeks.

I did get to spend some quality time with my little woman and we went out for coffee to Tims.

Tomorrow I plan to finish working on the car so that I can drive it a bit more before the snow comes in October.

I have had cars painted in the past, I dread the first mar so much, that I wonder if I get enough enjoyment out of it to make it worthwhile.

I am tempted, but it is a ways down the list for me.

Build up that bank account, but enjoying it too, is the way to go

Ahh, paint job.....maybe one of these days I will be able to. Right now there are too many other projects in line first.

Well, he never met me... I try to always live right here, right now, but I also try to plan a bit for the future as well in the process. I certainly enjoy myself in the here and now and try to connect with others on a personal level is so doing. I think he and I would get along famously!

:DGood mornig OC. Just woke up after another night of filling pot holes and preparing for another snow event this morning. Less than 2 weeks to go and I can rejoin the living on day shift.
The Dalai Lama can afford to be preachy as he never had a mortgage , 2kids in school , a wife or a 928 to pay for. I just like to make the most of each day.Fixing and driving my dream car after a hard days work.Now thats living not sitting on a mountain top in a robe with a bunch of dudes watching the world go by (does it show I'm getting tired of night shift?).

But you are in sync as you say "I just like to make the most of each day", and that is good!

Hi Brad,

Yes, we are open . David is currently back in the office and we are working hard. David has been out sick for several months which left me trying to handle everything both here and at home with him, alone once again. Unfortunately during this time, I have fallen behind.

The good news (in addition to David's return) is I have recently acquired a couple of young men to help me sort things out and get orders shipped, etc. So, with David back, and my new helpers, things are getting back on track

I sincerely appreciate you checking in with us. While David is currently back, he is not in "top form" yet... but each day is a little better than the one before. All prayers are welcome and much appreciated!

YEA! That is very good news and I noticed that it must have been the case as DR has been posting over on RL pretty regularly the last few days. I hope his recovery continues and that they can get back on solid footing again!!! I know they will with the new help and DR back in the saddle.

That's really great to hear. I was concerned about David and 928 Specialists. I've used them in the past, but not recently due to lack of response. I hope everything is getting back to normal. Jeanie is very sweet and pleasure to talk to.

Similar experience here - I could not get a response by phone or email, and I even went to Spruce Pine, but I could not find the place. Eventually Jeannie wrote me back about SITM when I signed up and she sounded raring to go and was excited about things it seemed. So let's hope that is so and we have a great SITM to help get them back on the road to normalcy.

I look forward to meeting them all for the first time. I would love to be able to go by there when I go to that part of the state. They are probably the closest real "expert vendor" near me.

I don't think I have a single pic of Jeannie, but they are out there...sometimes she is brunette and sometimes blond...I have only seen her blond, but have seen pics of her as a brunette...love her either way! Put it this way she certainly has High Heels & Hot Wheels calendar potential!

Dave has been very sick for quite sometime and the worst kind. Great to hear he's back home and on the road to recovery.

Jeanie is indeed a pleasure to deal with and yes she's a looker......search Rennlist.
