A 928 OC member noticed that he was in the member list under the community option. I found some configuration changes could be made, so now only 928 OC members will show up in that list.

I am happy to consider suggested changes, and will try to get to them as quick as I can.

I joined in Feb of 2010 and continued in 2011, but have not received a renewal notice for 2012, I'd love to give you some money.

If you know when you need to renew you can send in your renewal even if you don't get a reminder! I'll take care of you!

Jim has been busy but I think he will be sending out reminders soon though.

There is a multi year discount available, up to 4 years. If you go to our home page, you will find the options listed at the bottom; www.928oc.org

If we do not remember when or for how many years we have paid for, will we get a personal e-mail letting us know that we need to pay-up by a certain date?

Yes, you should, my understanding is they are sent out monthly.

Sent our more like quarterly, but yes, you should receive an email letting you know it is time to renew. If you have questions you can email me directly, I am happy to look you up in the database and let you know when you need to renew.

No, this is data that I keep offline. I am happy to look up your info and you are welcome to write it down wherever you like and on any calendar you like, but at this point there are no plans to put this online. Might make people squirm a bit knowing so much personal data from the club was out there (though there really isn't anything more than name, address, email, and join/paid date info)...
