Whats the best Electronics

So... I have a 89 shark that I want to make tuneable.

Do I buy the Sharktuner found here

.............OR...............

do I go with the

Engine Management System (EMS) kit from 928 Motorsport found here

..............Or is there something better.............

i plan on going with the 928ms setup. going to be spendy for me, having an OB i have to get the flywheel and all the extra goodies. but should be worth it.
